Robbo On The Mend
Paul Robinson is on the road to recovery and whilst he can't take part in anything too physical at the moment, he is back out on the training field.
After undergoing surgery for a double hernia, Robinson has taken it easy over the summer, and is building up a sweat by watching his team mates being put through their paces.
Speaking to the official site after returning after the summer break, our captain said.
'It's a double edged sword, it's always rteally hard work while you're doing it, but if you're on the outside looking in, you just want to get involved. I was able to take part in the team building exercises, those that focused more on the mental than the physical aspects. I think the lads enjoyed it.'
