Jackett Pleased With Malone Contribution
Kenny Jackett was obviously delighted to see us pick up our first win of the season, and picked out Scott Malone for special praise.
Speaking to NewsShopper following the game, Jackett said of the game firstly.
'It was a good win, it's nice after Saturday that we had a game in only a few days time and took our first win of the season. We can do well this season.'
Despite going behind, new signing Scott Malone grabbed the equiliser, and Jackett was pleased with his contribution in the game.
'Scott is capable of playing in both positions (left - defence/midfield), at 21 he is an interesting acquisition for us and it will be good to see him this season and how he develops.'
