Charlton Bid Rejected
It looks like Dany's first choice of a move to Charlton is still no nearer, as Andy Ambler confirms their offer was rejected.
It appears Millwall are interested in a permanent deal, but Charlton's offer was only a loan which doesn't suit us.
'Charlton approached us last week with an offer to take Dany from us on loan. We turned it down. If Dany is to move on it will be a deal which benefits Millwall.'
Ambler continues to explain that a number of clubs have expressed an interest but there are no bids on the table, so the other interest, to fit in with Jackett's comments about better offers, must only be provision talks.
He also added that whilst permanent signings are unlucky before the window closes, Millwall may play in the loan market when that window opens.
