'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Trotter Not For Sale

Kenny Jackett has said he has no intention of selling Liam Trotter, because he wants to build Millwall up, not sell off our stars.

Speaking to London24 Jackett said there had been no bids for the player, and that's exactly how he hopes it will stay.

'It rumbles around, that one, from time to time. It's not something that we necessarily invite - we want to build and, if we can, try to move up this division on a consistent basis and we won't do that by selling our players.'

Yes we should consistently be looking to improve the squad, but not by sacrificing key players as we go unless a really ridiculous offer comes in.
