'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Jackett Delighted With City Response

Kenny Jackett has praised the players for their victory over Bristol City, keeping us on track for a promotion push.

Speaking to the London Evening Standard following the 2-1 victory the gaffer said.

'It's great to get a win after two losses, I am very pleased with that. Their keeper was far busier than ours and kept them in it with some excellent saves. We responded very well after the equaliser.'

Commenting on the official site about the game, he also added.

'They played vital role, Liam put in some excellent crosses and Dany showed that he has the capacity to make an impact up front in this Division. The challenge is now for him to repeat that level of performance against Preston.'
