Batt Delighted With Winner

Shaun Batt has spoken of his delight at grabbing our late winner against Watford and securing all three points for Millwall.

Speaking to the official site after the 1-0 win, Batt was obviously delighted to notch up his first league goal in over three years, but clearly the result was even more delightful.

'It has been an extraordinary week. It's been a positive one and one to look back on and be thankful for. To get the call to come back from Leyton, being involved against Sheffeld Wedesnday and then get on to play at Wembley and then scoring the winner against Watford - it's been one hell of a week!'

It breaks a good omen in terms of injury for Shaun as well, and he adds that his loan spell at Leyton was just what he needed in terms of fitness and confidence and hopefully now he can show that as the season draws to a close.
