Gueye Signs 12 Month Contract

Manager Ian Holloway has got his wish and secured former Everton forward Magaye Gueye on a one year deal.

Having been with us on trial and impressing the gaffer in recent times, an offer was made and that has been accepted.

The deal is for 12 months initially, but there is an option to extend that for a further year should the club wish and he now becomes our fifth signing of the summer following on from Lee Gregory, Ricardo Fuller, Carlos Edwards and Byron Webster.

During his time with Everton in the Premier League, the 24 year old made a total of 39 appearances across all competitions, scoring three times - once in the league, once the in the League Cup and once in the FA Cup.
