Random quote: Do you not see? That if you kill him with the pill from the till by making with it the drug in the jug, you need not light the candle with the handle on the gâteau from the château. Capt. Hans Geering

Just read this on the 'Football league world' site.

Millwall enjoyed the greatest day in the club’s recent history last month when they achieved promotion to the Sky Bet Championship after being victorious at Wembley.

Neil Harris and his fellow staff have moved quickly to add two new players to the squad in the shape of defender James Meredith and forward Tom Elliott.

But Millwall will certainly not be stopping there and an option that they should definitely look into is bringing the released Fulham midfielder Ryan Tunnicliffe to The Den.

At 24 years of age, Tunnicliffe is still relatively young but he has a good range of experience which could prove important to Millwall.

He has already made over 140 appearances in the Championship, and a player with that kind of experience on his shoulders could really help the Lions who are one of the favourites for relegation.

Tunnicliffe, who came through the academy at Premier League giants Manchester United, has spent a lot of time out on loan in his career at various clubs so he will no doubt be looking for a home where he can find regular first-team football.

The 'football stats' site shows he's played nearly 200 Championship games. His games for Peterborough were when they were in the Championship.

Briggs only played 13 games for Fulham. Holloway tried to big him up saying Briggs had played in the Premiership & Europa league for Fulham.
