This from 8 hours ago.

"One player that Millwall should look to sign is Southend United striker Simon Cox.

The 30-year-old has had plenty of Football League experience and has played in the Premier League in the past with West Bromwich Albion.

He has scored over 80 goals in his career, and this season he had another terrific return where he found the back of the net on 16 occasions and provided 8 assists for his teammates, showing that he can create chances as well as score them.

Adding Cox to the ranks would be a terrific move for Harris and the club, as he could certainly strike a partnership with Lee Gregory or Steve Morison to help Millwall push up the Championship table next season.

Millwall fans… What do you think? Would you take Simon Cox at The Den? Let us know in the comments below…"

Agreed. Much better off with Elliott and the youngsters. Strike force is tight. Still need midfield support and now a right back with Cunnings seemingly gone.

As to the four or five signings, two are in the book. Wallace is all but done. Two central midfielders and a right back and its game time.

Cox has another year to run on his contract. So would cost a fee.

Don't think he's too old at 30. He's 3 years younger than Morison.

Would be a not bad signing & give the club 4 strikers capable of getting into double figures next season.
