BT sent me a new router promising i will get faster internet. This is bullshit. The speed is exactly the same as it was before. But this thing is causing problems with my printer. It prints when i connect it to my laptop with a USB lead but when i try to print wirelessly i get this message.

I had the same problem try this
Exit all applications and printer properties and then try again. If you still have a problem, restart the computer and then try again.

Still no luck. I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it and turned off all laptops, tablets and phones but it is still saying the driver is currently in use.

Best advice i can give is try to update the print drivers as it seems this is the problem.

Go into control panel then printers, has the printer your using got a tick by it. If not tick it and try again .

I think i fixed it. Canon haven't got my printer listed so i had to download new drivers from a dodgy site and install them on an old laptop. It worked so now i will install them on my laptop and it should work. This would have been a lot easier if they didn't make a thousand versions of the same printer.
