. . . Done to death over the years, but any recommendations (read Marching Powder) I usually like crime thrillers, Simon Kernick sort of stuff

Cheers

I like reading historical novels so I'm no help.
I've bought a box set of books about a Viking to take away.

'50 Shades of Grey'.

It reminds me of when I was in my 20's & a billionaire. A sexy journalist came to interview me. She was also a virgin.

I said to her 'I would like to find out more about you'.

Before you could say 'AOB should have taken that chance', I was in nothing but my Big Mick socks getting my bottom spanked.

Happy days.

Anyway. The book is very well written & will keep you up all night.

Just finished reading 'Filth' by Irvine Welsh. It's a crime thriller of sorts and an unusual read. Old but you can get copies from World of books online.

there is a book The Styles and Strategies of Football, for those that like the finer points of the game. Chapter 4 called Hoofball, mentions Millwall a fair bit.

My son, quite literally, handed a belated birthday present an hour ago that he bought in the club shop last night Dunne It The Hard Way.

Haven't read it yet when I finish it I'll let you know what I think of it.

Read:
- The Millwall FC Miscellany by David Sullivan on holiday a few weeks back - thought it was good
- Many years ago The Lions of the South (Whisky's book) that kept me enthralled.
- Millwall The Complete History also a good read.
