With a menu like that, Paree, I can't help thinking that you have sold these tickets way below value.

I mean it's worth the price for me just to see Joe Dolce.
I hope you make a profit, but I really cannot see how.

I'm so glad I booked my ticket in good time!

I'm not in it for profit, mate - just like seeing the smiling faces of 'Wall supporters.

Also, Knocker has a mate who works at the Quat'Saisons - sometimes ingredients tend fall off the work stations in to carrier bags. Waste not, want not.

Any of you lads interested in arriving at Griffin Park aboard a Model LTA-1000 Zeppelin?

Being as the max capacity is only twelve - bookings will be taken on a first-come, first served basis.

The Airship will be tethered to one of the old Gasometers in Devon Street, next to the Recycling Centre.

The price, including Champagne Reception, return Flight to Carville Hall Park (only a seven minute walk to The Princess Royal), three course Dinner on return, plus Free Bar: £67.50 plus VAT.

Departure 10.30am, arrive back around 8.30pm.

So, if you fancy seeing London from a Zeppelin LZ 68's perspective, this is the trip for you!

See the Kensington Oval, the Hammersmith Gyratory System and the Hogarth Roundabout in a completely new light!

Flying goggles, Leather Coats and Gauntlets supplied free of charge - (loan only).

Very generous package, Paris. But considering there is a Brentford anniversary not far off, I thought you would have also supplied a lucky dip, 'Mystery Prize' - One Hand Grenade, personally signed by yourself.

Must admit mate, I feel I've missed a golden opportunity with the hand grenade.

We already have a couple of items for the Raffle; one of Mama's Upside-down Cakes, a carafe of home-made Wine (Kumquat) from Les and Obes has manage to get a ship up his bottle.

Any other items would be welcome.

Edited to read: Obes has manage to get a ship into a bottle, NOT up his bottle.

Millwall FC - Airship to Brentford FC 14.10.17

Dear Carl,

I've been advised by Barbara, to redirect this letter to you.

A group of Millwall supporters are travelling from Devon Street (Old Kent Road) to Brentford FC, by Model LTA-1000 Zeppelin, on Saturday 14th inst.

As the organiser of the event, I wondered if the BBC were interested in a ‘Scoop’ over their ITV and Sky rivals?

I have two photographs saved as jpgs, of the maiden flight over Greenwich a couple of weeks ago.

The exclusive, as far as entertainment goes, is Joe "Shaddap You Face” Dolce supplying the cabaret on the return journey!

Obviously, everyone is excited, and cannot wait for the game to come around.

If you are stuck for editorial comment, I have friends who are journalists ‘in the trade.'

Further information may be found at:

Kind regards

Mr P. Wall BSc.

Hi xxxxxx, thanks for this sounds fab!

I am just passing this on to Steve our head of football as he may have more outlets than me for anything like this.

Good luck with it all, Carl

It's not the burgers setting light to the airship you should be worried
about, it's eating them !

No mate, he will not be 'cooking' on Saturday.

Knocker has pulled in a favour from one of his mates for the return flight; some French bloke, Raymond Blancmange.

Evidently, he has three Michelin tyres.

If this is a Airship why does it need three Michelin's for the return journey.............does that mean the return is by road, and I thought Raymond was a barber in Soho.

Mr Teasy-Weasy is dead.

No, mate, this is some top French Chef.

Knocker met him down the Cash 'n Carry under the Westway back in 97.

Raymond hates French food, even though he prepares it every night at the Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons.

He's more of an Egg and Chips sort of bloke.

Knocker see him right with a 10" Bratwurst, every now and then.

Mama will be passing through the cabin with duty free, AFTER we visit Fullers.

I selection of Spirits, Fragrances, Cigars and those giant Toblerones you only see at airports, will also be available 15 minutes before Joe begins his act on the return flight.

Will this be pucka goods, Mama and Brian make a lot of their own versions, when I popped in recently they were concocting their own Baileys cream with Carnation milk, granulated coffee and then threw some extra strong mints into the concoction and strained in one of Brians socks.
