There seems to be a bit of unrest as regards the younger Posters on this Form.

They are of the opinion that us 'older' blokes are hijacking Threads to talk about the 1950s, Morris Minors, Rickets and jars of Virol.

I can see their point; some days its like reading a transcript of Lions Live, but without the news updates!

Do you think we should have a Sticky at the top of the page where we could all meet - sort of a Virtual Old People's Home?

Dolby, how are you fixed?

Are you up for it Ray?

I think there maybe endless opportunities.

Virtual Darts, Virtual Dominoes, Virtual Bowls and Virtual Strippers.

Perhaps some of those young girls at Goldsmiths' could do a turn?

I reckon we could co-opt Obes and Les to serve on the Committee.

This could open up a whole New World Order.

You speak for yourselves you silly old sods. Your way lies senility and grumpiness.
You all need to get out more!

You are as young as the woman you feel, so that makes me 45 at the moment!

I have holes in the knees Jeans. It's us crustys that started the fad. When you fall over several times a day, your jeans will end up covered in holes and tears. The next fad for the whipper snappers will be wearing jeans stinking of piss.

Do you remember that table game we had as kids involving Race Horses?

It was a length of fabric that was somehow vibrated by turning a handle; the horses moved along the 'track' until one passed the Post.

We could have a go at that on a Wednesday afternoon.

Glad to have you onboard, Ray.

The only games we had were Compendium of Games inc Snakes and Ladders and Ludo, I used to get loads of annuals but could hardly read them and to top it all one relative bought me Blow Football and I was slightly asthmatic.

I'm with BP on this one, get out more and feel as young as the bird you're feeling, Paris point of order on the age here, the rule I live by is half my age plus 7 years, below that number is frowned upon. And before you start doing the maths my age range of a suitable woman starts in the 30's.

Apart from all of the above there used to be a club down the Old Kent Road run by some pornographer, he's getting on a bit so would suit you lot. There was a meet the first Wednesday in every month, 'The Wednesday wank' it was called, maybe a few of you could virtually re-enact?

Here to help.

Drop me out though as I'm far too busy feeling younger.....

I wonder if Whisky has one up in the loft?

Just thought about the magnetic football game, with the sticks you used under the table to move the players.

I always thought it far more entertaining than Subbuteo, I never really understood why that was so popular.
