And let's not forget what started me and others off that we are all stupid cunts and your fellow millwall supporters are bottle jobs to go to leeds and that we all follow alf garnett politics as i said hang your head in shame you traitor just like all leftie commies .

onlyagame - 9/10/2017 10:13

Bit of a rant but here goes!
I might be missing something here but 30,000 "football fans" all working class & all getting along for a common cause. Except your not really are you? Basically everyone is a c*** & it's just another excuse for a tear up which only didn't happen as the left wing apparently "melted"
The row with Leeds will happen another day and the truth of that is that most Millwall fans "bottle it" when it comes to Elland Road using the voucher scheme as a poor excuse for staying south of the river. Can I remind you that the Munich air crash was an accident & the Leeds fan that got killed was Murder. There's a big difference!
Oh, and Alf Garnet, whose politics you all seem to be so proud of was a West Ham C***! If you want to hold hands with the enemy on these right wing "love ins" that's up to you but the Tory's will never be the party of the Working class. The best way to beat Corbyn is to have a credible Government that looks after the majority of the actual Working class who are living on the breadline and trying to survive on the minimum wage. At moment the crumbs that fall from the Capitalist table are getting smaller & smaller.

Coldblower, I appreciate your candid comments but at least I've opened the debate up (nearly 5 pages) & guess what? A few on here have even agreed with me on certain points.
So what did the march achieve?
Mothers for peace, yes
Orphans for peace, yes
Refugees for peace, yes
But 50 something football supporters for peace? It's not got much of a ring about it & politics is all about spin.
Black people? Yeah, there one of our own now especially since the enemy seems to be muslims & Eastern Europeans (& I voted for Brexit) but for years they didn't go to football matches en mass (yes I remember Tiny but he was virtually a one off) As someone pointed out earlier, Alf Garnet was supposed to be a send up & not a lifestyle choice.
Personally I blame that London programme that keeps showing the bloody football factory.
Finally Coldblower, if you believe in the cause then keep doing it, without passion the establishment will keep us down whether your on the right or the left or in the right or the wrong.
P.s. You weren't the first & won't be the last to call me a prize c***
what a load of shit. Talking absolute fanny from start to finish.

Sorry wacker, I didn't realise you were being ironic. Actually it's best to leave that sort of irony to Kev, he's got if off to a fine art.
I tell what is ironic though, the goal we scored at Leeds to get us to Wembley was scored by a Muslim, I'm just not sure how you tell the good ones from a bad one?

And you point is again ? I can name you one be it mixed race and You show me any other team with lots of black supporters in 1977 ? And if you look at millwall crowds from the early days you see quite a few black faces in the crowd unlike other teams.

Several of my relatives died in WW2. One fought in both World Wars ( aged 15 the first lot) Two of my uncles were POW's with the Krauts and one poor bastard a guest of the Japanese.

I think I can safely say all were working class blokes.

All those who survived and I knew well think I can safely say would either had been on that march or would have supported the principle.

The main thing they all fought for was King and Country, family and their fellow Brits

Bang on Les. My Grandad fought in both wars and lost his brother in the first. They were out of Forest Gate and pretty sure they'd be banged up if they were around today as they wouldn't accept the shit that we put up with - and certainly not what's happened to their home streets.

The German Herman - 9/10/2017 13:38

I Last went to Leeds when the buses got smashed up from the inside 95% of ours were well up for it, I wouldn't bother now but that's more of an age thing.

I was rolling about on the floor with an asian old bill, was just getting the upper hand when his sergeant whistled and the dog retreated. Fucking shame that. Meanwhile on the other side of those buses 1000 dumb norvern folk, children women and ugly fucks who'd have run a mile had fans decided it was worth the bother. No one should ever go to those ticket games, I once went to cardiff by train, then caught a taxi to the motorway services to get on an official coach to go to the game, fucking stupid! Never again!
