Random quote: Fuck off. I've got a pub to run and goats to feed. Andy Goram after Sir Alex phoned up to ask him to play for United because they had no one else. He thought it was a prank from Ally McCoist.

Paris, you've far too much time on your hands. Doesn't Knocker need help on the burger van?

No mate, he's gone out to Heathrow to pick-up Joe Dolce in the Dolomite.

Dolomites are cool. My uncle used to have one. Thought it was absolute mustard as a kid.

Yes, mate, I had a Sprint in the early 80s - wish I still had it!

Walnut dash? Green instrumention lighting?

Yes, mate.

Two litre, SU Carbs, Alloys in Od English White.

Guess what I traded it in for? A bloody brand new MG Metro; I must have had a blow to my head.

Saw a Sprint for sale at a Classic Car Show during the summer, admittedly the bloke had the car totally renovated, but he wanted £9,990 for it.

I was tempted, but couldn't really justify that sort of money.

Bingo! Win a Metro!
Saw a metro a few months back - had forgotten how small they were - they seemed a decent size at the time. I had a very strange desire to buy a Morris Marina a couple of years back... Fortunately i resisted the urge.
