So I've gone in the Chelski ground tonight . . .

Not out of choice, with a customer that's a Utd fan that wanted to go tonight.

First of all; the Chelsea village entrance is laden with stewards checking fans to get at the restaurant coated ground.

Then the entrance to their East upper stand. Back to the expected shit hole.

Kiosks are smaller than wall but more of them, which is the same as having less of them but bigger?

Beers as shit, foods as shit.

Move on to the ground.

Well, Roma would be like us. Takin the piss outta chelski, goading the home fans and fkin the stewards about. The Chelski fans were shocking, watching from 10ft with a sultry line of yellow vested cnts between em. Not a flinch, not a song, not fck all.

At this point I realised this would be a football event I would get bore with quickly.

Ten minutes in Chelski have managed a song or two and are in front. As I get up for an eye lash I realise that their are at least 50 Roma fans in the stand im in. One of me asked me to sit down!!!????

My reply was a simple "fck off, muggy cunt". That was met with a gasp from the avocado army. Oh my life I need to leave.

When I returned my customer asked me what I wanted to do after the game, of which I replied - "Fancy leaving at half time and getting pissed around Earls Court?"

"Yes" was gratefully received!!

In short, what a lovely Milton Keynes style complex full of absolute cnts; of which most are day trippers or worse. I watched a few old skool Chelski fans get the ump with it all and felt lucky to be wall. Those cnts were sold down the river like most others and now they have to live with the tourist brigade dictating thier diluted existence.

Sad, but true.

Let's all be a little happier with our shit old Millwall cos being someone else is a terrible thought!!

I agree i would hate this shit to happen to us it's been this way for ages i know several arsenal, chelsea, west ham yes sorry west ham top boys and normal old school fans that do not go anymore as it's shit and boring. They have been sold down the corporate river and a new breed of fans have evolved like christian & julian from surrey that work in london and pretend that they are londoners.

"...tourist brigade dictating their diluted existence."

Phrase of the season. Brilliant.

Hampton is correct, this is a good thread, the changing face of football. All London clubs, used to have their own identity, prem money has eroded this as a different type of fan (note; not supporter) has pitched up.

Chelse for a while now and Arsenal since the new ground have lost their original support, West Ham are in the process of cleansing, Palace........ha.....are just the same.

The thing I found so surprising was the lack of English speaking fans in the stadium.

Dutch, German, Chinese, American, Aussies to name a few.

None of them had anything to do with Chelski 20 years ago, so in effect they have lost their identity - which will never return.

If this is the way of the business, which it is, the future of football as you and I know it is in jeopardy. As the money continues to roll down the divisions (albeit slowly), the more the cleansing will take effect.

100 years from now, football will be for the rich, not the working class. Some would argue that this is already taking hold in the European elite. It opened my eyes.
