Wasn't the prettiest of games but we had the better of it and definitely deserved the 3 points

Good work from Elliot on the left for the second goal and then neat finish from Tunnicliffe

'No one likes us' sounded brilliant on the TV

Well done wall great result

We sounded really good on the radio, albeit with a couple of silly yellows.

It’s taken over twenty years, but we have finally beaten those fucking expensive plums at the Den. Well done lads.

A great result and much needed 3points. Steve Morison was an inspiration and deserved man of the match.
No real weak links tonight as I thought everyone put in a shift. Coop and Hutch kept it solid at the back. As usual the full backs were a big improvement on last year.
Elliot made a big impact during his 15 minuets, with a stinging drive that lead to our second goal.
Let’s hope we can build on this.

Good post Northern. The full backs are improving steadily, two internationals. When the ball came out to Tunnicliffe, I thought over the bar as usual but he put it in the net with quality. A very good finish. Elliotts presence made a difference as the Brum defence now had someone with a bit of muscle to deal with. A very good performance by the boys today. Well done. With two away games now coming up, it was a must win game, and we did.

Almost felt sorry for all those Birmingham City fans that filled the top tier for a tv match. Then I remembered 2002!

On a serious note, that was awful by their team. They deserved a better showing than that. Despite all the horrific defeats they've inflicted on us I quite like Birmingham City.

Now West Ham have sold their soul, the Blues are probably the fan base most like ours these days - inner city club, who have had to endure their rivals lording it for 90% of their history, some lunatic hooligans from lots of different ethnic backgrounds and a fair number of normal fans who would back their mates and not hide from a fight if need be.
