Me and my son expect to go. Barring QPR and Brentford, I've used the club coach for all away games this season. Reasonably priced and often quicker than train. Coach to Sunderland £30 and will leave The Den at 6:30, so perhaps car will be the best option.

Do they let you park in the club car park when using the coach Pearls?

Yes.

I normally travel up by train but for the early starts or late returns park in The Den car park. In both instances the journey to/from The Den is much quicker because there are fewer cars on the road.

Bought mine ages ago, £86.00. The return (1st class) is direct back from Sunderland to Kings X, not via Newcastle. Thought that was reasonable.

Two of us will be trundling up the A1 from Lincolnshire. I have to say they have given us a decent allocation of tickets.

Cheers Pearls.

£86 reasonable? I can get flights into Europe cheaper, and they wonder why people prefer to use cars than public transport. I’ve got the two kids coming with me and for three of us on the train was over £250

My son has cried off, so it looks like alarm set for 04:30; leave home 05:30; 06:30 coach from The Den; back at The Den circa 23:00 then a 40 minute drive home. That's going to be a very long day, I hope the players turn in a performance that makes it all worthwhile.

We've sold 900+ tickets as of today, be nice if we could shift another 600 to give a bigger turn out.

I'm going as Alex. (Son) been selected as an away mascot in only his third ever game! Jammy boy! However Sunderland are being right cun.t.s bout it, having sign contracts, cant take any photos, can't wear his strip as his name on back and needs be plain and me and him need purchase our own tickets. Kinda wandering if it worth all the bloody hassle. Sure Alex will love it on the day!
