They should send that cunt back to Canada.

Now claims rate increase is because of brexit, whereas before the exact same rate decrease was because of brexit. Which leaves UK where? At exactly the same fucking rate with Brexit having had no effect other than an incorrect rate change that caused inflationary pressures of its own accord.

An interest rate rise is good for the country. It should be higher.

Having no mortgage and some savings, an increase suits me but it will hit my son and daughter.

Things could be worse, in 1982 my mortgage rate was 15% which was 2% lower than what the majority of folk were paying!

Not sure, I think because he mentioned further rises at the same time unless something else happened and then he bleated on about brexit being the cause of this that and his mother giving birth to him. Just lost £5 on every £200. It might take a week to regain confidence and head back up.

Seriously, I fucking hate canadians. Every time that cunt opens his mouth. For no good reason an'all. Why didn't he just say "little over a year ago we dropped rates, which was the wrong thing to do because I'm prejudiced against brexit, now I'm putting it back to correct that mistake but will come out with more hyperbole because I'm a canadian cunt"

Rates rising are a good thing, give it a week and all will be forgotten unless he cares to fucking open his mouth again.

There must be something else that happened, everyone knew rates were going up.

So it's left to the ECB to make things better in two weeks.
