There is a few reasons he wouldn't take them down,
1, They will spend money in January.
2, He will get the lazy fuckers fit
3, He will not put up with any bollocks from the players

Worked a treat at Sunderland and he bought Feillani when at Manure

There squad is low on confidence and none of them will be inspired by a man sacked/failed in his last 3 jobs. He is dour and about as exciting as watching paint dry, When he went to Sunderland, before the season started he said 'We are in a relegation battle' inspirational genius. Lets face it, that Gold prick has come out and said Moyes is the right man for the job at this time, yet they've given him a contract to the end of the season, how will sulky prima donna players react to a manager ordering them about that wont be in the ob long term? Who will sign for a manager that's not long term? Hopefully they get fcking relegated and this is the start of their slide to league 2 oblivion, shit cunts

Carlo Ancelotti, Roberto Mancini and Rafael Benitez all rejected the job before Moyes took it, even as a short term appointment it will suit West Ham as they try to find the right fit. That is only the case if they stay up.

As Bex's say's it could be difficult to motivate when you are short term, unless of course he starts to get results, he will be wanting to turn it around in the hope of a longer deal.

Interestingly all the backroom staff were sacked accept for the goalkeeping coach, who used to work with Moyes at Everton. With Hart shot to pieces I would say they have a job on their hands.

I am not surprised he got the job. I have a mate who is a spammer and he said this morning that if Moyes gets the job then he is having nothing more to do with the club. He was an ST holder and hasn't been for years but in my book if they are your club then you stick with them through thick and thin. Hopefully there is a very thin spell coming up!

The word up here is Moyes gave the United board a list of players he wanted and was told he couldn't have them. When the special one did the same thing the club gave him what he wanted.

Bilic had a 38% win rate at the hammers using the nude dudes signings, be very surprised if Moyes can achieve that win rate. At Sunderland and Real Soc win rate in the 20% area. If that rate is taken to the hammers that's relegation form.

He may have to if he's only got a contract til the end of the season.

If you were a player who didn't fancy him you could just ride out his tenure.

He don't make it easy for himself....
"It is good for West Ham, they are getting a good manager," he said (Moyes).

I like the backing he's got from the vermin board - i think they described his appointment as 'a gamble' or similar! There's confidence from your chairman!

Lomas has given Moyes his backing. Hopefully Avram Grant will follow shortly with his support.
