How things have changed (in my head at least) on the day of an Eng v Ger match I am totally uninterested and going out for a meal with no TV and I feel the same about the Brazil game !! Arguably the two most attractive fixtures from times gone by and i'm just not interested .........is it me?

No it's not just you, a lot on here don't watch, I myself don't and I only watch Millwall, in other threads England players names being mentioned, I had to do a search for them as I had no idea who they were

It's a friendly, no need for proper fans. It's family friendly shit
served up for the prawn sandwich brigade, gurners, brothers
with their sisters, 100s of freebie school-kids,refugees, black
lives matter, and a host of right-on politically correct associations.
The FA are deep in the shit at the moment, so expect them to
throw everything at this.

I am interested in England but like others on here won't be watching it. The wife said to me, "are you watching the football tonight", I said no lets watch something we've recorded. Same old thing, the prima donnas who are happy to take the lime light when a competition is at stake are suddenly all injured. Bet they are all fit next weekend. Would love to see all the youngers win through so the likes of Demi Ali lose out

Oh but then the youngers will all think they are prima donnas

Neither do any of the players, that's why we will never see England win anything in our lifetime.
Drinkwater has turned down the chance to play for England 3 times!!!!! The players and managers in the PL see playing for their country as a fucking pain in the arse to be avoided at all costs!!!

How could we not win the world cup with these superstars

Pickford; Jones, Maguire, Stones; Trippier, Livermore, Loftus-Cheek, Dier, Rose; Abraham, Vardy

I have no interest in the England team.....so many let downs.

Same old hype and then it goes tits up.

They are all over rated and over paid.

Until we really limit the number of foreigners in the Prem we will always be 'also rans'

We will watch tonight the winners of next year's World Cup, the German's will take this match with seriousness, unlike our champagne super novas.

No. Have to disagree. Absolutely first-class English full back worth every single one of his 30 caps.

Usually end up watching England matches as they are on terrestial TV. But no way would I bother going to a pub to watch an England match on Sky. Unless it's a quarter final.

Ended up watching the Millwall play off second leg in an Irish pub last summer. No one else was really watching the match. Got carried away when Morison scored the first & the pub went silent as everyone turned towards me. I refrained from dancing on the tables after the next two goals went in. Although tempting.

Just been asked am I watching it, and I didn't even know England ( never refer to them as ' we ' anymore ) were playing, hand on heart I no longer give a fuck about any England game.
Won't even look for the result, was more interested in Northern Ireland last night.

Said there are 84,000 at Wembley.

The last two England/Germany games at Wembley were both a bit of a yawn fest. Germany winning both games 2-1 & 1-0.
