On Friday I was struck by the number foreigners at the game, German, Dutch and Scandi I assume as I couldn’t place the language.

I suppose it is holiday time, a London derby with build-up of the clown returning. Not sure how I feel about this, on the one hand the more the better, on the other I don’t want us to be diluted and become a tourist attraction, by tourist I don’t mean Green Street wannabe’s looking for………. I know we have some regulars that aren’t from these shores, Friday there seemed to be loads.

German, Dutch, Scandinavians. That's nothing! I think Adam was there and he's from an entirely different planet....

I reckon they learnt a few new words friday.
Actually see a set of foam hands taken into the ground by a 25/30 year old

Ffs, it will be clackers next, should be a club rule no foam hands or clackers allowed in the ground. And whilst we're at it no replica shirts if your'e over 12 yrs old.

Nothing wrong with foreigners supporting our great club.
If they have respect for the Lions then fair play to them.
It's not cheap to travel here from Johnny foreigner land so let's hope they enjoy us winning ad many games as possible.

As I said at the start I'm unsure as we all want the club to thrive but not to dilute.
I was amazed, I don/t know why, when I came across a Trip Adviser link to Millwall, it would seem that club tours and going to a game are on the radar for some, I thought this was the domain for the London prem sides.

An American.
“This was our first trip to a European football match and it will be a visit to remember. Yes the area was old and dirty, and there is a huge police presence, but I will say that during our two week tour of Europe this was the only place we felt welcomed. The fans love their team, they cheer and chant and moan en masse. Concession and souvenir prices are reasonable ( can't take you beer to the stands). There was a small cafe outside to grab a bite while you are waiting for the gates to open. The small train station is packed at the end of the match and the police are there to break up fights. Like I said, an experience to remember. Hope to be able to return some day.”

Just found this.

Not good when he starts off with a picture of the Isle and states at least I can see the City.... he could if he turned 90 degrees anti-clockwise.
