Tottenham- our traditional rivals?

Never really seen them as main rivals but remember watching the 1976 Panorama and they described Spurs as our “traditional rivals...” . I know it gets a bit lively on the rare occasions we play them, due to them being a bit lairy and trying to challenge our title as London’s No.1 mob, but traditional rivals? Maybe there’s some distant history I don’t know about?

The claret filth are our only rivals. The only other club i have the same hatred for is Celtic and that is for very different reasons.

We aren’t the mob we use to be but no one is. Chelsea and West Ham used to compete with us as number one and they’re both shit these days.

We can still pull the numbers but the quality isn’t always there in my opinion. When I was most active in the 90’s it was the other way around. WE didn’t always have the numbers but fuck me the lads we did have were game as fuck.

Arsenal are our traditional rivals.

How far you going back?

1880s and 1890s - traditional in truest sense of the word.

Probably the most intimate rivalary the club has ever had.

The question was who are our traditional rivals - Well, it's Arsenal.

They were our first rivals and it was the most intense rivalary we have ever had.

Everyone else since, West Ham, Palace, Charlton, have been substitutes.

If Millwall had followed Arsenal into the football league it would probably still be one of the biggest rivalries in England today.

Yes, whatever happened to him?

Back in the Care Home, at a guess.
