My sad tribute to Walter

Now living a life away from it all,
Was a man in his Care home, called Walter Wall,
His time had been spent with joy and with pain,
Watching Millwall down Coldblow Lane.

Not sure if he often ventured away from the Den,
But if he had he’d stand and fight, right next to the men,
Shouting his comments, his one liner crackers,
An ideal geezer to join the Bushwackers.

Now as time has passed and Walter declined,
His body went AWOL and then followed his mind,
He started posting on the MO board site,
And filled some with anger and others with fright.

He constantly mentioned his views and his wroth,
And like the light attracts they gathered like moths,
To hear as he ranted and raved his opinions of steel,
There were some on the site that thought he was real.

He ventured to Hull on one FA Cup day.
Wanting for once to see Millwall away.
He got crossed by some twats that gave him a scare,
When they tumbled him out of his faithful wheelchair.

Now, Walters been rumbled his voice is now more,
His opinions not heard and we don’t know the score,
But someone has elbowed the man we admire,
And extinguished the flame of Wanda’s desire!

Now many will mourn the passing and the stopping,
But some will say good riddance. I’ll piss on his coffin,
But no more will we read it wont be the same,
Unless he is reinvented and comes back again!

So, it leaves me with little or nothing to say,
Than good riddance you old c unt you’ve had your day.
To Heaven or Hell it’s one or the other,
Thanks for the laughs you miserable bugger!

Obes, it will be a pleasure to honour the old chap in such a way!

Has anyone managed to book St Pauls yet?

I understand from friends that local BBC may be carrying a story on tonights news!

Not since the death of Diana has there been such a swaith of grief wash over London although apart from us, the Chesterfield contingent, it hasn't really hit the north just yet!

Still, give it time........................

If I wasn't banned from the Hull site I'd post it. They believed in Walter too.

You are welcome Wanda and glad that you have taken some comfort.

I only hope that moist is not too alarming!

Walter, oh Walter, you rancid old goat.
Sat in your slippers and shabby old coat.
Old Holborn stained fingers and stinking of piss.
Your lifes been expired and Walter we'll miss,
Your straight talking language and colourful curse,
of your arsewipn' minder, the nigerian nurse.
Rest in Peace now and cut us some slack,
your in Heaven now Walter and surrounded by Blacks

This seems a terrible shame poor old chap, Rest in Peace Walter, but you will be happy with our good lord.
I hope the police in Hull aprehend those who assaulted a poor defenceless old man in a wheel chair , what is this country coming to when a poor old fellow does not even get to have a graceful retirement and is instead extinguished by people who are soulless, what a shame.
